We take care of your team and nurture both mind and body with practical- evidence based techniques, creative crafts and outdoor immersion. Our unique offering ticks all of the boxes and more...
At Kellmara we believe creativity and mindfulness are not just skills—they’re catalysts for meaningful change. We help teams slow down, reconnect, and spark new ways of thinking through immersive, thoughtfully designed workshops.
Founded at the intersection of creative practice and modern wellbeing, our mission is to bring presence, curiosity, and human connection back into the workplace. We blend evidence-based mindfulness techniques with hands-on creative activities that encourage fresh perspectives, reduce stress, and strengthen team cohesion.

Research indicates that mindfulness can boost attention, focus, and engagement at work — helping employees manage distractions, stay present, and perform tasks more effectively
The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends mindfulness practices like guided sessions and yoga in the workplace as key strategies to build employee skills for managing stress, preventing mental health issues, boosting focus, and improving overall well-being and productivity, supporting their broader guidelines for creating mentally healthy work environments. These interventions help address the economic cost of work-related mental conditions, promoting resilience and supporting workers in digitally demanding times.
The NHS promotes outdoor wellbeing through initiatives like Green Social Prescribing, connecting patients with nature activities to improve mental and physical health, reducing stress, loneliness, and boosting mood.
Our workshops are crafted for corporate groups looking to:
Foster deeper collaboration
Build resilience and emotional wellbeing
Enhance creative problem-solving
Boost engagement and morale
Provide restorative, memorable experiences
Whether we’re guiding a room of executives through mindful meditation or leading a full-team creative retreat with outdoor activities, we create environments where people feel grounded, inspired, and fully present.
At Kellmara, we don’t just teach creativity and mindfulness—we help teams embody them.

At Kellmara, caring for the planet is woven into everything we do. We believe creativity and mindfulness naturally go hand-in-hand with responsibility, and we’re committed to making choices that are as kind to the environment as possible.
Wherever we can, all materials and supplies are sourced from UK-based independent businesses. We consciously avoid using large global marketplaces such as Amazon, choosing instead to support local makers, small suppliers, and sustainably minded companies whose values align with our own.
Our creative sessions are intentionally seasonally themed, encouraging participants to connect with the natural rhythms of the year. This not only inspires creativity but also helps reduce waste, as we use natural, responsibly sourced materials wherever possible—often gathered or selected with care to reflect the season’s colours, textures, and atmosphere.
From mindful walking activities to nature-based crafting, our approach is simple:
create beautiful experiences that tread lightly on the earth.
We’re always learning, refining, and improving our practices to ensure our workshops honour both people and planet.
